Becky Bailey

Licensed Massage Therapist

Becky Bailey is a dedicated and creative licensed massage therapist, who uses intuition to direct her technique in a client centered approach to massage. She places a high value on communicating with her clients, and enjoys educating those new to massage in the wonderfully intricate language of the body. Because she views her career as a healing profession, Becky does not believe in a “no pain no gain” philosophy, but is excited to partner with her clients in fine tuning each session and developing a treatment plan that’s tailored to the current needs of that individual.

A practicing therapist since 2021, Becky is trained in Swedish and deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and aromatherapy. She especially enjoys working with clients who are navigating chronic illness and migraines, as well as members of the creative community, such as actors, dancers, and singers.

Jade Costa

Licensed Massage Therapist

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years, with a passion for bridging the gap between pain management and the healing power of massage. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and grounded in creating a safe, inclusive space for every client.

Each session is customized using a range of modalities—including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, prenatal/postnatal massage, cupping, Swedish, and aromatherapy—to support chronic pain management, injury recovery, and overall well-being.

Outside of work, I’m a semi-professional photographer who also loves pro wrestling, music, and hanging out with my three amazing cats.

Anne Shell

Licensed Massage Therapist,


Anne graduated from Cayce Reilly School of Massage in February 2023, and received her massage therapy license from the VA Board of Nursing in May 2023. 
Anne specializes in prenatal & postpartum massage & bodywork for women, but she is passionate about offering a calming, relaxing, & grounding healing touch for all adults. She puts focus on ensuring you feel safe, nurtured, heard, and seen -  allowing the nervous system to relax into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state. 

Her techniques include a blend of Swedish, Myofascial, Osteopathic, Neuropathic, Assisted & Active Resisted Stretches, PNF, & Foot Reflexology - Customizing each session to fit your needs that day.

My style is SLOW, and I find that 90-120 minute sessions are often most effective & beneficial for many clients. Eternity Cashwell

Licensed Massage Therapist


Eternity is a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in neck work, low back, prenatal care, and pain management. She graduated in 2019 from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy and began her journey as a Utsui Reiki practitioner in 2021.

Eternity enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients balance therapeutic muscle release and relaxation techniques. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, craniosacral therapy, trigger point, light stretching and mobilization.

“I take pride in my part to help encourage relief for chronic muscle soreness, sports recovery and injury prevention. I find these techniques applied individually can provide comfort to the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.”

When Eternity isn’t at work she loves the outdoors. She enjoys hiking in nature with her dog Bear, scouting for vegetation to watercolor, camping with friends, a good book, or fine art puzzle.
