Meet your massage therapists
Becky Bailey
Becky Bailey is a dedicated and creative licensed massage therapist, who uses intuition to direct her technique in a client centered approach to massage. She places a high value on communicating with her clients, and enjoys educating those new to massage in the wonderfully intricate language of the body. Because she views her career as a healing profession, Becky does not believe in a “no pain no gain” philosophy, but is excited to partner with her clients in fine tuning each session and developing a treatment plan that’s tailored to the current needs of that individual.
A practicing therapist since 2021, Becky is trained in Swedish and deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and aromatherapy. She especially enjoys working with clients who are navigating chronic illness and migraines, as well as members of the creative community, such as actors, dancers, and singers.
“Our bodies are how we tell our stories in the world. Partnering with my clients to help them find greater freedom of movement and relief from pain so they feel empowered to live out their story more freely, is the greatest honor of my work.” —Becky Bailey, LMT
Jade Costa
Licensed Massage Therapist
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years, with a passion for bridging the gap between pain management and the healing power of massage. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and grounded in creating a safe, inclusive space for every client.
Each session is customized using a range of modalities—including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, prenatal/postnatal massage, cupping, Swedish, and aromatherapy—to support chronic pain management, injury recovery, and overall well-being.
Outside of work, I’m a semi-professional photographer who also loves pro wrestling, music, and hanging out with my three amazing cats.
Eternity Cashwell
Eternity is a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in neck work, low back, prenatal care, and pain management. She graduated in 2019 from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy and began her journey as a Utsui Reiki practitioner in 2021.
Eternity enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients balance therapeutic muscle release and relaxation techniques. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, craniosacral therapy, trigger point, light stretching and mobilization.
“I take pride in my part to help encourage relief for chronic muscle soreness, sports recovery and injury prevention. I find these techniques applied individually can provide comfort to the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.”
When Eternity isn’t at work she loves the outdoors. She enjoys hiking in nature with her dog Bear, scouting for vegetation to watercolor, camping with friends, a good book, or fine art puzzle.
Stephanie Moyers
Licensed Massage Therapist,
Stephanie has had a passion for massage therapy since she was young. She graduated from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in October 2022 after getting her B.S. in Biology with a second major in Dance from ODU in May 2021. She uses a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, and Swedish techniques to cater to her clients' unique needs. She strives to empower clients to take control of their wellness by encouraging body/postural awareness and addressing muscular imbalances.
She has experience working with clients experiencing chronic pain, special conditions such as Parkinson's, repetitive use and sports injuries, and side effects from cancer treatments. As someone with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a connective tissue disorder, Stephanie also understands and works with clients living with more complex chronic disorders like fibromyalgia and those also navigating EDS.
As a dancer, she also enjoys working with athletes, musicians, fellow dancers, and all performers of the arts. She has worked with several U.S. Airforce musicians in Hampton Roads and understands that musicians, whether it be voice or instrument, have more focused needs.
When not at work, you can find Stephanie gardening, dancing, hiking, snuggling her cat, Rosemary, and drinking an exorbitant amount of tea.
