Our office is proud to offer Young Living Essential Oils.  They are extremely high-quality, and available in a variety of single-notes and blends.  Choose the scent that speaks to you, and your therapist will make up a small bottle of massage oil to use for your service, then take the bottle home to enjoy the rest!  ..$10 add-on service

CranioSacral Therapy  is a lighter, hands on therapy that releases tensions starting in the scalp. This improves the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid and relieves pressure on the central nervous system. With this lighter therapy, the body is encouraged to heal itself working on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Craniosacral therapy is a fantastic choice for those with hesitant to try full massage therapy, chronic issues, emotional traumas, and everyone who is looking for a little stress relief and balance in their life. Available in a full session or as an add on with any service!  

Reflexology – everyone needs to try it! The benefits to this ancient modality are astounding! The body has reflex points for every major body system on the feet, and by using pressure and manual manipulation the tension on these areas release. Those with chronic issues, internal system issues, and people sensitive to touch find great relief with reflexology; most everyone experiences a large release of stress, increased energy and a sense of well-being and balance.

Reiki- Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. To facilitate this, the practitioner channels reiki energy through their hands and will place them on and over certain areas of the body. Reiki heals by flowing to the affected parts of the energy field to restore the receiver to a healthier balance.
