When I decided to go to Dr. Ellen, I was upset with my orthopedic doctor with being told that they could do another set of shots or surgery.  They were not listening to me.  So, I decided to try Dr. Ellen.  I’m so happy I did.  When I started I couldn’t look over my right shoulder without turning my whole body.  My back had been like this for years, just getting worse as time went on.  After the first visit I could feel a little relief.  I’ve had problems with a pinched nerve in my right leg for years.  Dr. Ellen has helped relieve the pain.  When I first started, my neck and back muscles were so tight she could hardly make any adjustment at all.  Now, my back is getting better along with my neck.  I still have problems but I always will.  Now I can move a lot more freely; my pain is not anywhere like it was when I first started.  I would, and have, told people that this does help and has made a world of difference to me.

I have included regular chiropractic adjustments in my overall health maintenance program.  Often, people wait until they are in severe pain or discomfort to seek help.  I came to Dr. Ellen with a very stiff neck.  An x-ray showed my neck to be ramrod straight instead of having the curve it was supposed to have.  It took numerous visits to correct what could have been prevented with regular adjustments.  Dr. Ellen also gives me an adjustment that will prevent that “dowagers hump” many women experience.  I highly recommend Dr. Ellen’s approach to chiropractic medicine – and do ask for the massage therapist Jen.  She’s wonderful!
